Training at the World Famous Ecole Patissière of Henri Le Nôtre, further enhanced Hurrydoss' already impressive résumé.

After studying Linguistics at L'Université de Paris, Bernard started his career teaching French in Sevenoaks, south of London before migrating to Australia.
Bernard had extensive exposure to the Hospitality field whilst managing a Catering Division of David Jones in the 90's prior to starting a distinguished career in Contracts and Finance for a Multinational, where he spent the last 16 years.
Now with his wife Marie-Eve and business partner Kavi, Bernard draws his focus on establishing L'isle de France sur Mer as the destination "par excellence" for Fine French food on the Central Coast.
